GENERAL INFORMATION

✦ I do not accept any urgent requests.
✦ Works will be published on my personal social media and my website. Please inform me beforehand if you do not want the work to be shown.
✦ Prices may increase with job complexity (e.g. backgrounds, additional elements, pets, etc.).
✦ You are entitled to 3 free revisions. Any additional revisions will be charged extra.
✦ Orders will be completed in 1 week to 3 months. I will report any delays.
✦ Please note that my art style is inconstant, so your order may vary slightly from the examples shown in gallery.

PAYMENT

✦ All of my prices are in € (EURO) and are not subject to change.
✦ Full payment is required to start the work.
✦ No partial payments accepted.
✦ Payments accepted via PayPal. Latvian clients can pay via Swedbank, Luminor, SEB, Citadele.
✦ Paypal transaction charges must be paid by the client. (Will be quoted as tax).

CANCELLATION, REFUND

✦ No refunds are possible after work begins unless initiated by me.
✦ I am allowed to cancel the commission. In this scenario, full refund will be granted.

COPYRIGHTS, USAGE POLICY

✦ I will keep all copyrights of all artworks - meaning you cannot resell the files or distribute them.
✦ Do not edit, copy or trace my work without my permission.
✦ Commissions are for personal use only. It is not allowed for commercial or advertising purposes.
✦ Please always credit me when uploading my art to your social media.
✦ You can give me credit by inserting @bigtassty.
